The Services integrate with third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Some content on our platforms is created or assisted by AI systems. AI-generated content is clearly attributed where applicable. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and encourage users to verify important information independently.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ben Caparoon and Caparoon & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
